This unit, screen, debris extractor and water jet cleaner are packaged in, is ideally suited for pre-screening with small-scale sewage treatment, MBR(Membrane Bioreactor）, and trickling filters up to 180m3/h. Debris in raw waste water, not only coarse but fine debris such as hair and seeds can be effectively removed and be stored in a bin after extraction, allowing the screenings to be handled more easily.
Waste water supplied to the tangent inside an inverted cone shaped perforated screen forms tornado stream as it flows through the screen. The debris trapped on the inside of the screen moves downward under its own weight and collects at the tip of the cone, where it is fed to a screw hydro extractor. Thank to Rotating brushes on the outside of the screen and water spraying the perforated screen can be kept clean.

Many of these devices are working at sewage treatment plants as dry-type aerator and/or agitator　that offer excellent maintainability and less energy consumption.
As a draft tube aerator, DTA offers the superb characteristics of an oxygen transfer ratio of 45% or higher, and a required air pressure of 35 kPa or less.
As a draft tube circulator, DTC is capable of providing superior flow pattern to prevent sedimentation in denitrification basin up to 12 meter depth while consuming only a small amount of power, 3w/m3 or less.

Using electro-osmosis phenomenon , Super Flake works quickly without any additional chemical, and performs high-level water extraction from sludge cake with only electric power.
Power consumption of Super Flake will be only 0.7kwh/kg DS for organic sludge when required water extraction is from 83 to 70% of water content.
Highly corrosion resistant electrodes manufactured by experienced electrolysis technology provide long electrode life.

On marine vessels where the seawater is in use the growth of marine organisms has caused considerable damage to the inside of the cooling systems,pipe arrangements and sanitary systems due to the clogging of the systems by the growth of the organism and thus resulted in the obstruction of flow.
HYCHLORATOR produces hypochlorite by direct electrolysis of seawater,and by injecting the hypochlorite into the seawater to be used,the above trouble can be eliminated and improve the performance of the vessels.
